Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited (IVL) has announced that its operations are unaffected by Russian gas supply cut to Poland. The company’s energy suppliers in Poland have reassured it that they are well prepared and confirmed uninterrupted gas supplies to its sites.Poland operations constituted only 2 per cent of IVL core EBITDA in 2021, Souvik Roy Chowdhury, company secretary, IVL, said in a letter addressed to the president of the stock exchange of Thailand.
Russia has halted gas supplies to Poland and Bulgaria for not paying in roubles.
