The board of directors of the Oerlikon Group plan to propose the name of Geoffery Merszei as a new independent member of the board at Oerlikon’s upcoming annual general meeting. Merszei currently serves as chairman and CEO of Switzerland based investment and advisory firm, Zolenza AG and has also served at Dow Chemical in senior positions.
