Propylene prices inch higher in Asia last week

Propylene prices went up in Asia in the last week due to limited product availability in the region.
 
In Korea, average prices advanced by US$ 25/ton to US$ 915/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, after a growth of 2.81 per cent.
 
In Japan, average prices improved by US$ 20/ton and quoted at US$ 900/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, a rise of 2.27 per cent.
 
In SE Asia, average prices surged by US$ 15/ton and quoted at US$ 950/ton in the last week, a hike of 1.60 per cent compared to previous week.
 
In China, average prices stepped up by US$ 30/ton to US$ 960/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, after an increase of 3.23 per cent.
