Propylene prices move down in Europe

Propylene prices went down in Europe in the last week due to poor downstream product demand in the region.

In Europe, average prices decreased by US$ 10/ton and quoted at US$ 775/ton in the last week, a fall of 1.27 per cent as compared to previous week.

Meanwhile, Propylene prices increased in US in the last week due to strong market sentiments.

In US, average prices went up by 5 cents per pound and quoted at 35 cents per pound in the last week from the previous week, showing an increase of 16.67 percent.
