Propylene prices move up in Asia last week

Propylene prices move up in Asia in the last week due to gain in upstream energy prices in the region.

In Korea, average prices went up by US$ 10/ton and were assessed at US$ 680/ton in the last week, an increase of 1.49 percent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.

In Japan, average prices increased by US$ 5/ton to US$ 675/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, an increase of 0.75 percent.
