PTA prices decline in Asia last week

PTA prices went down in Asia in the last week due to weak upstream energy prices in the region.

In FE Asia, average prices moved downside by US$ 5/ton and assessed at US$ 600/ton in the last week, a decrease of 0.83 per cent as against its prior week.

In SE Asia, average prices decreased by US$ 5/ton and assessed at US$ 620/ton in the last week, a decrease of 0.80 per cent, over the previous week.

In India, average prices went down by US$ 5/ton and assessed at US$ 630/ton in the last week, a decrease of 0.79 per cent, as compared to previous week.
