Karl Mayer will integrate the seamless warp technology of Santoni into its double needle bar competence centre at Nippon Mayer, Japan and extend the company's product range.
Nippon Mayer will take over the complete range of products including patents, the relevant
manufacturing equipment as well as the entire stock of machines and spare parts.
Nippon Mayer will take over the after sales service for the installed base of Santoni machines from June, 1, 2016. (HO)
