The Eco-Applicator has been designed to enable the extremely precise application of functional finishes to fabrics and dry them in an extremely efficient and compact single-stage unit.
It offers significant energy savings with reduced liquor application as the multi-functional and multi-purpose process ensures the lowest energy input for consecutive drying to its minimal liquor application.
“The installation of the Eco-Applicator, in combination with the latest high-efficiency Archroma eco-friendly finishing formulations, has made a miraculous difference,” Monforts said.
The Eco-Applicator replaces four previous processes, reducing the overall process time to just 40 minutes.
It has been developed to apply liquor to one side of the fabric; to both sides of the fabric; different liquors to either side of the fabric; or apply two different liquors consecutively to a single side of the fabric. (AR)
