Textile machinery maker SSM will be launching eight new products in the winding and doubling segments and one in air-texturing at ITMA Asia in Shanghai in hall 1, booth A18.
The Swiss company will be presenting applications in dye package winding/rewinding, assembly winding, air texturing and sewing thread finish winding.
There will be a special focus on the new Xeno-platform with the enhanced Digicone 2 winding algorithm, which enables a 10-20 per cent increase in dye package density with the same dyeing recipe.
The company will also be showcasing the SSM X-Series for the first time ever, of which it said the TWX-W/D, PWXW and PSX-W/D are the most economical winding solutions.
Apart from these technologies, SSM also offers machines for false twist texturing, air covering, draw winding, yarn singeing and conventional covering. (AR)
