Thomas Nasiou will assume the role of CEO for the new financial year starting on 1 April 2016, while Koichi Ito will join the company's Board of Directors succeeding Susumu Toyoda, Uster said in a press release.
Koichi Ito is the new head of the Textile Machinery Division of Toyota Industries Corporation, succeeding Toyoda who has been promoted to a new position in Toyota Motor Corporation. Susumu Toyoda will leave the Uster Board as of 1 April.
