For the purpose of enhancing management capabilities of each of its Chinese subsidies, Japanese fibre manufacturer JNC Corporation has merged its various subsidiaries into one company, JNC (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. It has received the go ahead to set up its regional headquarters as a multinational corporation in Shanghai, from the Chinese government.
JNC (Shanghai) Co was established in 2004 for development of JNC businesses in China, and has initiated various activities like expansion and technology licensing support.For the purpose of enhancing management capabilities of each of its Chinese subsidies, Japanese fibre manufacturer JNC Corporation has merged its various subsidiaries into one company, JNC (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. According to the company, henceforth, JNC (Shanghai) Co Ltd will serve as a management company to build a suitable group management system, enforce compliance administration and strengthen risk management, in order to further expand business in China. (AR)
