Sale of land held by Navsari Agricultural University's cotton research division is being stayed by the Gujarat High Court.
Hasmukh Desai, President, Gujarat Keduk Vikas Parishad, filed suit to the court to stop the Government from selling the land where cotton research center has been functioning since 1986.
High Court bench, made of justices M C Patel and B J Seth, asked concerned authority not to sale the land till May 1.
