The US and South Africa are on the way to trade deal once the key issues get resolved between them.
Final efforts are being made by Karan Bhatia, US Deputy Trade Representative and the South African Customs Union in Pretoria.
The key issues are being discussed include intellectual property, Government Procurement and investment.
According to South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC), unrealistic and bullish demand of the US could harm the ongoing discussion.
The US government has also mentioned that they would not compromise on crucial specified areas of trade.
