RMG exports to Canada jump 17.3%

Readymade garments worth US $4359945 were exported to US last year while this year it has increased to $ 5563610.
Last year the exports were poor which has recorded a little progress this year.
The deteriorating atmosphere in the factories recently has bothered production in garment units.
Due to quota phase out and insecurity there has been a decline in exports to US in recent times.
However, the silver line to dark clouds is that exports to Canada in June shot up to $92496.95, a big 17.34 percent jump, though.
