From the serial figures released by the Fair's operating office, records 91249 consumers from Asia, 37470 from Europe, 23468 from the US, 8379 from Africa and 5411 from Australia, indicating a growth of 5.5, 9.8, 18, 3.8 and 5.2 percent, respectively, from the relative number in last Autumn Fair.
The top five regions are Hong Kong (27694 buyers), the US (11663 buyers), Taiwan (8447 buyers), South Korea (5572 buyers) and Japan (5434 buyers). The purchasers from Hong Kang still form a dominant portion.
It's worth mentioning that, looking at the regions, the top three traders are EU with US $8.17 billion, the US with $3.5 billion and Middle East with $3.35 billion, accounting for 32.1 percent, 13.5 percent and 13.2 percent of the total transaction amount.
EU traders have become the biggest purchasing force of China's export commodities, taking up a proportion nearly over one third.
