Various economic indicators like output value, sales revenue, profits and taxes, profits, export value showed that dyes production and sales of Zhejiang Province achieved steady growth in the period from January to October.
Industrial output value in October was 1.63 billion yuan and sales income touched 1.68 billion yuan. Export value of the same was 370 million yuan. October produced 40,400 tons of dyes, 5066 tons intermediates and 341 tons production additives.
From January to October, Zhejiang dyes industry completed a total industrial output value of 14.81 billion yuan, a rise of 32 percent over the same period last year. Accumulated sales reached 14.75 billion yuan, up 44 percent with total profits of 1.5 billion yuan, showing a boost of 33 percent. Overall export value was 3.08 billion yuan, an increase of 4 percent.
From January to October, Zhejiang dyes industry registered 400,000 tons of dyes, up 10 percent; 390,000 tons of dyes sales, up 9 percent; of which, dyes exports were 70,000 tons, accounted for 19 percent of total sales, down 3 percent in exports, with dyes production and market rate at 98 percent.
In these four months the region's dye industry achieved 45,000 tons of dye intermediates, up 15 percent; 44,000 tons of accumulated sales, up 16 percent; of which exports were 2,469 tons, up 21 percent, accounting for 6 percent of total sales, with intermediates production and market rate at 99 percent.
Additives production of the province was around 3,563 tons, a growth of 13 percent with 3,585 tons of accumulated sales, up 17 percent.
October production of pigments reached 2,463 tons and from January to October, the total output of the same was 17,644 tons, soar to 21 percent. The total sale was 18,000 tons, giving a growth of 20 percent. Of these, exports were 11,000 tons, up 42 percent with pigment production and market rate at 101 percent.
