Allen Datagraph Systems Inc (ADSI) is introducing new products at Label Expo Europe, September 26 – 29, 2007 in Brussels, Belgium, Stand 6F35. Expanding upon the growing popularity and continued success of the “all inclusive” Digital Label System, Allen Datagraph will be introducing the IL-600 inline digital label system at Label Expo in Brussels, Belgium.
Running an inline VIP Color 2020 ink jet printing, lamination, digital die cutting, stripping, slitting and rewinding will all be accomplished in one production pass providing the professional converter with a “digital version” and “short run” alternative to their existing flexo lines. This turn-key system also includes a fully functional design station with pre-loaded label design and operating software.
Recognizing and responding to the latest developments in high-speed digital printing, ADSI will be demonstrating its 2nd generation dies cutting technology. This new system will include all of the basic converting functions of the trade proven DFS, but at line speeds compatible with the new emerging digital print engines.
Maximum move speed of the tangential cutting head will be 150 inches per second producing an incredible 8g's of cutting head acceleration. With maximum roll capabilities of 13” x 5000', this 2nd generation digital technology represents a stable, high-speed alternative to the significantly higher priced, laser based systems.
Offering multiple manufacturing systems, ADSI is also an industry leader in automated laser systems for the imaging of solid surface materials such as glass and granite. Analog chart recorders for laboratory and industrial applications as well as specialized digital plotting systems represent the latest in automated systems integration.
