Talking about Budget Mr Neeraj Saluja, disappointedly said, "This budget has nothing to do with textile industry. Its all about Agriculture and 60,000 Crore is also not enough. As election in the offing, Mr Chidambaram has tried to impress the mass or precisely farmers."
Further the MD said,"There is a marginal increase in TUFs and 2 percent deduction in excise duty for purchase of machineries will not help industry players to grow.
Mr Saluja divulged that they were expecting something on EPS front as industry has suffered a lot in last one year due to rupee appreciation.
