Carpet Centre to air informercial on BBC to boost carpet sales

Iran's National Carpet Center has decided to telecast a clip advertisement (infomercial) on British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) to encourage sales of its products, especially the world-renowned hand-woven Persian Carpets.
Morteza Faraji, Chairman, The National Carpet Centre reported that talks were in progress with BBC to finalize the deal, however, other concerns like the political aspects also needed to be considered and thus, the process is time consuming.
BBC provides a wide range of distinctive programmes and services for everyone, free of commercial interests and political bias through television, radio, national, local, childrens', educational, language and other mediums and is preferred by over 90 percent of the UK population.
