National Cotton Council of America's Cotton Council International (CCI) announces that in response to increased demand from European brands and retailers for a higher profile of the COTTON USA Mark and to further support COTTON USA licensees in Europe and supplying countries, CCI developed three new print ads featuring pure cotton products.

Online search engines, magazines and newspapers in Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom - such as Elle, Glamour, Marie Claire, Men's Health and Vanity Fair-will feature the COTTON USA print ads. The new COTTON USA campaign will continue until July.

To maximize COTTON USA's exposure, retail sales promotions with COTTON USA Mark licensees will occur concurrently with the new campaign. COTTON USA Mark-labeled products will be promoted in leading department stores such as Harvey Nicols, Marks & Spencer, Renasciente, Karstadt and Kaufhof, as well as in hundreds of other stores across Europe.

Cotton Council International (CCI) is the export promotion arm of the National Cotton Council of America.

CCI's mission is to increase exports of U.S. cotton, cottonseed and U.S. manufactured cotton products through activities that affect every phase of the marketing chain -- from the initial mill buyer of cotton fiber or purchaser of U.S. cotton-rich yarns and fabrics on through to the final consumer.
