The widespread use of nano particles is a controversial topic in the public eye. Consequently this year's forum will focus on the results from the research projects “UMSICHT” and “Technotox”.
These projects deal with the environmental and health aspects of textiles with nanotechnology finishes. Experts from various fields will be presenting the effect of nanotechnology on human toxicology and ecotoxicology.
In addition to this, the Nano Forum will provide an ideal platform for the exchange of know-how and for discussions between participants and speakers.
