Intermediate goods gained 2.5 percent in the euro-zone and 2.6 percent in the EU25. Non-durable consumer goods rose by 1.5 percent in both zones. Durable consumer goods increased by 1.4 percent in the euro-zone and by 1.3 percent in the EU25. Capital goods gained 1.0 percent and 1.2 percent respectively.
Among Member States for which data are available, the highest increases were observed in the United Kingdom (+14.7 percent), Denmark (+10.7 percent) and Slovakia (+9.9 percent), and the lowest in the Czech Republic (+0.3 percent) and Slovenia (+2.0 percent).
