The circular contains following information.
The Ministry of Commerce has recently posted in its webpage on textile exports the "Ranking of Utilization Rate of Quantitative Limits of Textile Exports by Provinces/Municipalities in 2006" and the "License Issuance Rate of Textile Exports to the European Union and the US that are subject to Provisional Administration (January – April 2006)".
