On behalf of Director-General of Trade and Industry, Hugo CHIU issued Commercial Information Circular No. 189/2006 for Supplementary notice concerning results of applications for cross-region transfer of provisional quantitative limits of textile exports in April 2006 (First Batch in May 2006.
Circular provides following information.
Further to the supplementary notice on 28 April 2006 announcing the results of applications for cross-region transfer of provisional quantitative limits of textile exports in April 2006, the Ministry of Commerce issued another notice on 11 May 2006, which sets out the results of relevant applications (first batch in May 2006) after taking into account the information submitted by local commerce departments.
