Karan Bhatia of United States Trade Representative filed a request stating that Letter to Stephen Koplan, Chairman, USITC, requesting that the Commission conduct an investigation pursuant to section 103 of the North American Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act regarding the probable effect of the proposed modification of the NAFTA rule of origin for woven cotton boxer shorts on U.S. trade under the NAFTA, on total U.S. trade, and on domenstic producers of the affected articles.
