Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) is considering Commercial Availability request 11.2006.06.06.Fabric.ST&RforBWA.

In accordance with section 8(4) of the interim procedures, CITA will extend its time period for consideration of this request by an additional 14 U.S. business days because CITA has insufficient information to make a determination regarding the ability of a DR-CAFTA supplier(s) or manufacturer(s) to supply the request based on the submitted information.

DR-CAFTA is a comprehensive trade agreement among Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and the United States.
