Fibers and Yarns: Construction & Classification

Trade and Industry Department, Hong Kong (TID) announced that US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has recently issued a revised informed compliance publication (ICP) entitled "Fibers and Yarns: Construction and Classification under the HTSUS" which provides guidance regarding the classification of fibres and yarns classified in Chapters 50 through 58 of the US Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTSUS).

Because of the bulkiness of the ICP, it is not appended to this circular. Interested parties may download it from the CBP's website.
