Upon successfully achieving an acceptable score on all phases of testing for Module 3, the participant will receive a certificate indicating that he/she demonstrated competency in the specific elements of Module 3. It is recommended that the certificate be renewed after three years from the date of issue.
The certification program will begin at 8:00 a.m. on October 17 and conclude at 4:00 p.m. on October 18. Lunch will be provided both days.
