U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), in cooperation with the firm named below, announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed.

Name of Product: Hide & Seek Hooded Sweatshirts.

They were sold in girls' sizes SML to XL. "ROXY GIRL" is printed on the collar label. The style number 484241 (some with an M, N or NN after the number) is located on the garment's hangtag and/or the individual packaging label.
