Trade and Industry Department, Hong Kong announces that the Ministry of Finance, the State Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued a notice on 14 September 2006.
Announcing the reduction or elimination of tax rebate rates for certain exports and the inclusion of products without enjoying export rebate into the catalogue of prohibited products for processing trade with effect from 15 September 2006.
