Trade and Industry Department, Hong Kong announces that the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) published in the Federal Register (FR) of 27 September 2006 an advance notice of proposed rulemaking to initiate a rulemaking preceding that could result in an amendment to the existing ban on infant cushions/pillows.
CPSC is seeking written comments from interested parties concerning the proposed rulemaking by 27 November 2006.
