The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 89/2006 on 30 October 2006, stipulating that the tariff code of the investigated products in the anti-dumping case concerning imports of wear resistant overlay from the United States and the European Union should be 4804 3900.
With effect from 10 November 2006, importers of wear resistant overlay from the United States and the European Union should pay cash deposit to the General Administration of Customs in accordance with the preliminary ruling of this case under tariff code 4804 3900.
Cash deposits paid under the tariff code of 4806 4000 since the announcement of the preliminary ruling of the case will be refunded by the General Administration of Customs. For details, please make reference to MOC's notice.
