In post–WTO time, the industry would reap lot of advantages but have to face so many challenges such as reduction of import taxes on materials like fabrics, fibres, threads etc. for achieving targets set by Vietnam, An added.
Moreover country will have to face difficulties like anti dumping duty on goods exported.
He advised industry to bring transparency in finance, deep market research, for better strategy and to employ more skilled labourers in the industry for facing competition from global market.
