Govt's rudeness enforces workers to strike nationwide

A nationwide strike by the jute, cotton and textile workers' Sangra m Parishad to oppose Government over its decision to shut down its mills and factories, puts Bangladesh into vulnerable condition.
The Jute, Cotton and Textile Mill Workers commenced for a 24-hour strike at all mills and factories and urged to reopen all the closed mills and factories to sustain vital jute sector, declaration of minimum wages and to reduce price rise in consumer goods.
Shahidulla Chowdhury,Joint Convener of Jute, Cotton and Textile Mill Workers Sangram Parishad informed that they have been enforced by the pessimistic response of the government on other programmes like rally, human chain and processions.
