VALEDICTORY SESSION HELD ON 28TH JULY 2007: Mr Ranjit Shah, President of Apparel Handloom and Exporters Association Chennai had presided over the valedictory session held on 28th July 2007.
Mr. Shah in his speech mentioned that during early days they were not in a position to get such a valuable guidence in increasing the productivity. Whereas, these days the industry is getting various facilities like a workshop cum training program on Garment Enginerring.
While complimenting AEPC for such initiative, he advised the participants to implement the systamatic approach in the production unit to achieve maximum benefits.
Mr. Anthony of M/s Roverco Apparels Pvt ltd, Chennai and Mr. Shyam Sunder of M/s Celebrity Fashions Ltd, Chennai had also spoken on the occasion and distributed certificates to the participants.
Mr. V Padmanabhan, Officer Incharge of AEPC mentioned in his vote of thanks that the participants of the event had also got an opportunity to get a short program on (i) Testing Equipments and its uses. (ii) Various and the latest type of treads and its uses.
During open house discussion, the participants got clarifications from the experts of Methods Workstudy.
