Highlights: • 2006-07 World production estimated at 119.3 million bales, up 890,000 bales from July.
• 2006-07 World mill use at 122.7 million bales, up 390,000 bales from July.
• 2007-08 World production estimated at 115.9 million bales, up 130,000 bales from July.
• 2007-08 China production at 32.5 million bales, unchanged from July.
• 2007-08 China imports at 16.0 million bales, down 500,000 bales from July.
• 2007-08 U.S. production estimated at 17.4 million bales, down 150,000 bales from July.
