It should also be noted that the list of fabrics was compiled after close consultation with US industry representatives and their communications described below constitute the agreement of the U.S. industry.
During consultations with US Government officials, it was agreed that as a result of the consultative process among the US textile industry and the Dominican apparel industry in this instance only, a single submission for multiple fabrics would be acceptable from the point of view of CITA.
