We are delighted to inform that the US based trade association of Nonwovens - Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry, INDA is organizing a three day International Conference & Table-top displays on Nonwovens titled “THE LINK WITH INDIA” at Hotel Renaissance, Mumbai during 16-18th October 2007.
INDA is the world leading trade association of Nonwovens, headquartered in Cary, North Carolina, USA. INDA represents 300 leading global companies such as Procter & Gamble, Kimberly-Clark, Johns Manville, Freudenberg, DuPont and 3M. INDA has been in the forefront for almost four decades in promoting the growth and value of Nonwovens/engineered fabrics worldwide.
INDA believes that India is the next big growth market for Nonwovens and technical textiles. Nonwoven fabric and technical textile industries are growing worldwide as more and more traditional textile companies are discovering new value added business opportunities that utilize Nonwoven subtrates. Multinational companies are discovering India for the first time as a potential growth market. Indian companies are also exploring worldwide markets by venturing into Nonwoven and technical textiles.
As a part of INDA's global outreach to promote Nonwoven Industry, INDA has successfully conducted two workshops on Nonwovens in Mumbai and Coimbatore during Jan and July 2007. These workshops aimed at creating awareness and breaking the technology barrier hitherto faced by the Indian Textile Industry attracted participants across the length and breadth of the country. Now the time has come for the Indian entrepreneurs and Industrialists to get into action.
