Leon Moser, AATCC's global instructor, is conducting a two-day seminar titled “Cotton and Cotton Knit Blends Dyeing and Finishing” December 5-6, 2007 at the Hotel Angel in Tirupur, India. AATCC Board Member, Mr. Jayakumar Gopalakrishnan, will summarize the presentations in the Tamil language.

This seminar is designed for anyone working with dyed and finished knit fabrics. The program covers the introductory technical aspects of fibers, knit fabrics, preparation, dyeing, printing, and chemical and mechanical finishing.
Included in this course will be discussions on issues related to processing cotton and cotton blends; dyeing and printing knit fabrics; finishing steps to improve performance; processing procedures and how they affect fabric quality; basic process troubleshooting; and the requirements for consistent quality fabrics.
The program offers suppliers to the textile processing industry a branding opportunity and a prime forum to reach out to a target clientele.
