Cotton USA releases US cotton supply & offtake.

Highlights:
• '06-07 World production estimated at 122.1 million bales, up 3.0 million bales from September.
• '06-07 World mill use at 123.3 million bales, up 90,000 bales from September.
•'07-08 World production estimated at 120.3 million bales, up 3.1 million bales from September.
• '07-08 China production at 35.5 million bales, up 3.0 million bales from September.
•'07-08 China imports at 15.0 million bales, unchanged from September.
•'07-08 U.S. production estimated at 18.2 million bales, up 340,000 bales from September
