During the meeting, the Chairman will provide opening remarks; Perry Manufacturing Company will briefly provide an overview of the evidence and arguments raised in its commercial availability request; Texpasa S.A. and Elcatex S.A. de C.V. will each briefly provide an overview of the evidence and arguments raised in their respective response submissions and then substantiate their belief that they are able to supply the subject products.
Then Perry Manufacturing Company will substantiate its belief that neither Texpasa S.A. or Elcatex S.A. de C.V. cannot supply the subject product. It is our intention to allow the interested entities to engage in a discussion and ask questions only when necessary to clarify information presented by either entity.
At any time, CITA, Perry Manufacturing Company, Texpasa S.A., or Elcatex S.A. de C.V. may request a closed meeting to discuss business confidential information. CITA will instruct other interested parties to temporarily leave the meeting during this time.
