ILR Legal Reform Awards at 8th Annual Legal Reform Summit

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Institute for Legal Reform (ILR) will bring together the nation's leading legal reform advocates for its 8th Annual Legal Reform Summit.
The summit will feature discussion on a proposed Code of Conduct for state Attorneys General designed to address the widespread lack of standards and absence of accountability in litigation brought by states against companies.
Other panels will take an in-depth look at a variety of emerging legal issues, including the latest trends in business litigation, the spread of U.S.-style class action lawsuits into Europe, the political landscape affecting legal reform, and business is faring in the Supreme Court.
The program also includes the annual ILR Legal Reform Awards, which honor individuals and organizations whose outstanding work has contributed to the efforts to make America's civil justice system simpler, fairer, and faster for everyone.
