The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) has cancelled its scheduled meeting regarding Commercial Availability request 36.2007.09.20.Fabric.Alston&BirdforPerryManufacturing.
CITA had scheduled a meeting with representatives of Perry Manufacturing Company, Texpasa S.A., and Elcatex S.A.de C.V. on Thursday, October 25, 2007, at 11:30am.
Texpasa S. A. and Elcatex S.A. de C.V. have withdrawn their responses with offers to supply in the above named proceeding. As a result, CITA will continue in its deliberation of Perry Manufacturing Company's request.
