Diversity expert Toni Riccardi joins Conference Board

The Conference Board announced today that Toni L. Riccardi, noted diversity practitioner, has been named Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Diversity Officer.
Most recently, Riccardi served The Conference Board as Senior Advisor on Diversity and Inclusion. Until her retirement in 2004, Riccardi was a principal and the Chief Diversity Officer of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Prior to joining The Conference Board, Riccardi developed and launched PricewaterhouseCooper's diversity and work life strategy.
She also served the company as the director of HR planning. She joined the organization in 1989 as manager of college relations and college recruiting.
Before her time at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ms. Riccardi was director of external affairs at Simmons School of Management in Boston. Earlier positions included director of campus activities at Cornell University.
Ms. Riccardi received a Masters of Business Administration from Simmons School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Art from Missouri State University.
She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management; Corporate Board of Association for Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting; Board of Advisors, College of Arts and Sciences, Missouri State University; Board of Trustees, Goodman Theatre; Board of Directors, Chicago Arts Partnerships in Education; Board of Directors, Diversity Institute, Bennett College; and the Board of the Simmons College Corporators.
