IAM by AEPC launches part-time programmes in Gurgaon

India's first Institute of Apparel Management (IAM) promoted by AEPC Society for Human Resource Development under the aegis of Apparel Export Promotion Council, sponsored by Ministry of Textiles, Govt of India is an industry driven institution and is offering professional programmes with promising careers in apparel industry.

The institute's effort and commitment is “from the portals of institution, march the future CEOs of the apparel industry”. IAM has already initiated its partnerships with international institutes in fashion & apparel management arena by having MoA/ MoU with reputed international institutes like Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Australia; LaSalle-SIA, Singapore & LDT, Nagold, Germany.

Moreover, the institute is having discussions for tie-ups with various institutes in UK (Manchester Metropolitan University, University of Manchester, Nottingham Trent University & London College of Fashion) besides leading institutes in USA, Canada etc.

Institute of Apparel Management proposes to offer “Two Years Full Time Post Graduate Programme in Apparel Management” from the Academic Session beginning in July, 2008 and the admission process is likely to start in December, 2007.

The One Year Full Time Post Graduate Programme in Apparel Marketing & Merchandising has already commenced from 29th August, 2007
