The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organizing the 3rd Outsourcing Summit on Monday, 10 December 007 in New Delhi. The Theme for the Summit this year is "MasteringOperational Effectiveness - The Strategic Need".
A joint study by CII-Rocsearch on " Managing Skills & Knowledge in the Indian Services Outsourcing Sector” will be released at the summit.
This paper aims to bring to light the best practices from the very forefront of the industry, which could be the key to bridge the imminent skill gap in one of the fastest growing sectors of the Indian economy.
