Cotton USA releases US cotton supply & offtake.

Highlights:
• 2006-07 World production estimated at 122.1 million bales, up 130,000 bales from November.
• 2006-07 World mill use at 123.4 million bales, up 90,000 bales from November.
• 2007-08 World production estimated at 118.8 million bales, down 600,000 bales from November.
• 2007-08 China imports at 14.5 million bales, unchanged from November.
• 2007-08 U.S. production estimated at 19.0 million bales, up 130,000 bales from November.
