IFAI's Outlook 2006 Conference to focus on US textile scenario

Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI) announced that the Outlook 2006 Conference will bring industry leaders together to discuss important issues, challenges and opportunities in the United States textile industry. The event will be held April 24-25, 2006, at The Homestead in Hot Springs, Virginia, USA.

A Conference topics will include: industrial textile economic outlooks, opportunities for domestic and global growth, and strategizing for business change.

Key decision makers in the industrial textile industry are encouraged to participate to increase their effectiveness in the industrial textile community. They will have access to current economic trend information and business experts, and will be able to explore new business opportunities by networking with colleagues.

The conference themed “Prospering in a Global Economy” has been organized by the following Outlook 2006 Conference committee members: Jean Lineberger, Brawer Technical Yarns Division; Tim Johnson, Ribbon Webbing Corporation; Richard Minges, INVISTA; Leib Oehmig, Glen Raven Custom Fabrics, LLC; Frank Bradenburg, Seaman Corporation; Bert Harries, Bally Ribbon Mills.

The Outlook 2006 Conference is co-sponsored by the Narrow Fabrics Institute (NFI) and the United States Industrial Fabrics Institute (USIFI), divisions of the Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI).

NFI membership includes IFAI member companies that manufacture and supply material, equipment or services to jobbers or narrow fabrics distributors. USIFI membership includes IFAI member companies that are incorporated and have business headquarters in the United States and serve or supply the industry.

Industrial Fabrics Association International is the International trade organization, representing the technical and industrial fabrics manufacturers.
