Leather goods imports up & exports down in Sept

Goods to Great Britain decreased from €10,108m to €9,820m (-3 percent), to Hong Kong from €656m to €499m (-24 percent) and to the USA from €12,586m to €12,451m (-1 percent).

Imports increased from €37,213m to €40,291m (+8 percent) –

Petroleum and related materials increased from €1,587m to €2,318m (+46 percent), Computer equipment increased from €5,663m to €6,354m (+12 percent) and Road vehicles from €2,326m to €2,741m (+18 percent).

Electrical machinery decreased from €3,515m to €3,195m (-9 percent).

Goods from Great Britain increased from €10,704m to €11,623m (+9 percent), China from €1,969m to €2,579m (+31 percent) and the USA from €5,188m to €5,759m (+11 percent).

Goods from France decreased from €1,748m to €1,405m (-20 percent).
