Kashmir leather association praises govt for compensation

In an emergency meeting the Kashmir Leather Fur Manufacturers Tanners and Dyers Association, saluted the government for sanctioning 50 percent compensation to the furries against their stocks sealed by the wildlife department.
Under the presidentship of Haji Ali Mohammed Malik at the association office in Safa Kadal, they have further urged the Chief Wild Life Warden to cancel the names of two representatives in the committee elected by the government under order No. 427-FST and allow them to nominate fresh representatives.
